Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mama Mac’s Organics website and your purchase and use of products offered by Mama Mac’s Organics. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced herein.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Terms
Mama Mac’s Organics reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted to our website and apply prospectively as permitted by law.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including ingredients, appearance, size, color, texture, and other characteristics.
Because many Mama Mac’s Organics products are handcrafted in small batches using naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in color, scent, texture, consistency, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
Product photographs and colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, and device settings.
3. Cosmetic & Personal-Care Product Disclaimer
Mama Mac’s Organics products are intended for their stated cosmetic or personal-care purposes unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Individual experiences may vary. Skin sensitivities, allergies, and reactions can occur with cosmetic and personal-care products, including products containing naturally derived ingredients or essential oils.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use, particularly if they have known allergies or sensitivities. We recommend patch testing a new topical product before widespread use.
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.
Statements made on our website, packaging, social media, or other materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and our products are not intended to replace professional medical advice or treatment.
4. Proper Product Use
Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose and any directions or warnings provided.
Mama Mac’s Organics is not responsible for damage, injury, irritation, or other adverse effects resulting from misuse, improper storage, use contrary to provided instructions or warnings, or use of a product after it has been altered or contaminated after delivery, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
5. Orders & Payment
By submitting an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the order will not be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded as required by law.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase.
After the 15-minute cancellation period has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, changed, combined, or modified because processing may have already begun.

7. Returns & Store Credit
Due to the personal-care and cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges on fulfilled orders except where otherwise required by applicable law.
However, we stand behind the intended quality of our products.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, materially affected during transit, or is otherwise not performing as reasonably intended, please contact us. We may request photographs, your order information, and other reasonable information necessary to evaluate the issue.
When appropriate, Mama Mac’s Organics may provide a replacement or issue store credit so the customer can replace the product or select another product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times and estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, carrier delays, weather events, transportation interruptions, customs delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent, where permitted by law.
9. Heat-Sensitive Products
Some Mama Mac’s Organics products contain naturally derived oils, butters, waxes, or tallow and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping or storage.
Unless the product has been materially compromised, a change in texture or appearance caused by temperature exposure does not necessarily mean that the product is unsafe or unusable.
If you believe your product has been damaged or compromised during transit, please contact us so we can evaluate the situation.
10. Allergies & Sensitivities
Ingredient information is provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or other concerns should carefully review the ingredient list before purchasing or using a product.
The absence of a particular ingredient does not constitute a guarantee that a product is suitable for every individual.
11. Results May Vary
Cosmetic and personal-care products can perform differently depending on the individual, application technique, environment, storage conditions, skin type, hair type, and other factors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, descriptions of expected product performance are not guarantees that every customer will experience identical results.
12. Intellectual Property
All original content associated with Mama Mac’s Organics, including product names, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, packaging designs, website content, written materials, and other original creative content, is owned by or licensed to Mama Mac’s Organics and is protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law.
Our content may not be reproduced, copied, republished, commercially distributed, or used to falsely suggest an affiliation with Mama Mac’s Organics without permission.
13. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or its content for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, submit intentionally false information, or infringe the intellectual-property or other legal rights of Mama Mac’s Organics or another party.
14. Customer Reviews & Content
We welcome honest customer feedback, including both positive and negative experiences.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a customer’s lawful right to provide an honest review or opinion regarding our products or business.
We reserve the right to address or remove content where legally permitted, including content that is fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, harassing, obscene, contains private information, infringes another person’s rights, or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or platform rules.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, applications, and other service providers.
Mama Mac’s Organics does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, policies, or content except to the extent required by applicable law.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTIES AND RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
EXCEPT FOR SUCH NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS AND ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES WE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDE, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Nothing in this section eliminates warranties, protections, or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to waive.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAMA MAC’S ORGANICS AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
21. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Returns & Cancellations Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, and any other policies posted on our website, constitute the agreement governing purchases from and use of Mama Mac’s Organics, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
