Mama Mac’s Organics products are cosmetic and personal-care products unless expressly stated otherwise. Individual Results & Sensitivities
Every person is different. Product performance and individual experiences may vary based on skin type, sensitivities, allergies, application, environment, storage, and other factors.

Product Appearance & Handmade Variations
Many Mama Mac’s Organics products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, scent, texture, consistency, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.
Products containing ingredients such as tallow, natural oils, butters, and waxes may also soften, harden, or change texture when exposed to temperature fluctuations.
Product Use
Products should only be used for their intended purpose and according to any directions, ingredient information, precautions, or warnings provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mama Mac’s Organics is not responsible for injury, irritation, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow provided instructions or warnings, or use of a product after it has been altered or contaminated after delivery.
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
No Guarantee of Results
While we formulate and sell our products with the intention that they perform as described, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
If you believe a product is defective, damaged, materially compromised during shipping, or is otherwise not performing as reasonably intended, please contact us. When appropriate, we may provide a replacement or store credit in accordance with our Returns & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original photographs, product descriptions, written content, branding, graphics, product names, and other original materials belonging to Mama Mac’s Organics may not be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially distributed, or used to falsely imply an affiliation with Mama Mac’s Organics without authorization, subject to applicable intellectual-property law.
