Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Mama Mac’s Organics, we are a small business creating and fulfilling products with care. Because many of our products are personal-care and cosmetic items, and because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, all sales are considered final once the cancellation window has passed.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase.

After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, changed, combined with another order, or otherwise modified. Our fulfillment process begins quickly, and limiting changes after this window helps us prevent packing errors and keep orders moving as efficiently as possible.

Please carefully review your order, shipping address, and selected products before completing checkout.

Returns

We do not accept traditional returns or exchanges on fulfilled orders.

As a small personal-care business, many of our products cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our possession. This policy helps us maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of the products we send to every customer.

That does not mean we will leave you stuck with a product that isn’t performing as intended.

If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, melted in transit, or is otherwise not performing as it reasonably should, please contact us. We are always happy to review the situation and, when appropriate, process a return/refund in the form of Mama Mac’s Organics store credit so you can replace the item or try something different.

Photos or additional information may be requested so we can better understand what happened.

Shipping & Transit Issues

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and carrier handling are outside of our direct control. However, if your package arrives damaged or a product has been significantly affected during transit, please reach out so we can review the issue and determine the best resolution available.

Final Sale

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, cancellations, exchanges, or store credit unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as intended.

We genuinely want you to be happy with your Mama Mac’s Organics order. Our no-return policy exists because of the nature of our products—not because we don’t stand behind them.

If something is genuinely wrong with your product, please contact us before assuming you’re stuck with it. Give us the opportunity to review the issue and make it right whenever reasonably possible.
